iPhone Signature Documents

You don’t have to do these things anymore because you can sign documents very easily with your smartphone. In this article, we will explain the process of signing documents on iPhone.

You can easily sign a document or a photo on iPhone. The iOS operating system has a built-in signing tool. So you don’t need a third party app for this. Now, let’s explain both the document signing process through the Notes application and the document signing process through the photo.

If what you’re signing is a document, open it in the Notes app (you can also take a screenshot of the document and open it as a Photo). If the document you are signing is a photo, open this photo via the Photos app. Then do the following steps to sign the document:

Signing Documents on iPhone

Open the thing (document or photo) you want to sign.
Tap the Share icon in the lower right corner.
Then tap the Pen (Marking) icon.
Tap the plus icon (add) and select Signature from the popup menu.
If you have a saved signature, you can use it or sign your signature very easily with the Signature tool. You can use your finger or Apple Pencil to sign.
