You can easily sign a document or a photo on iPhone. The iOS operating system has a built-in signing tool. So you don’t need a third party app for this. Now, let’s explain both the document signing process through the Notes application and the document signing process through the photo.
If what you’re signing is a document, open it in the Notes app (you can also take a screenshot of the document and open it as a Photo). If the document you are signing is a photo, open this photo via the Photos app. Then do the following steps to sign the document:

Tap the Share icon in the lower right corner.
Then tap the Pen (Marking) icon.
Tap the plus icon (add) and select Signature from the popup menu.
